2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials and information required for us to deliver our services. This includes, but is not limited to, content, images, and any specific requirements for the project.
3. Payment Terms
- Pricing: Prices for our services will be outlined in the project proposal.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% is required before the commencement of services. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the payment plan.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.
4. Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of services. While we strive to meet these deadlines, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
5. Revisions and Changes
- Clients are entitled to 3 revisions during the design process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Any changes to the project scope after the initial agreement may result in additional costs and revised timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients will own the final designs and materials. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of the original owner.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 1 day before the project start date. Any fees paid prior to cancellation may be non-refundable depending on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ethixweb be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
